DavidHOLTBYPassed away peacefully on Wednesday 3rd October 2018 aged 75. Loving husband of the late Susan. Partner of 26 years to Janet. Dear dad to Angela, son in law Greg. Grandad to Elena and Edward. A service to celebrate David's life will be held at Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby on Wednesday 17th October at 2.30pm. No flowers by family request, but donations if desired may be left after the service for the Cardiology Unit at Castle Hill Hospital
